Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 lemons, juiced (about 2 tbsp)
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
Instructions
- 1Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2Add garlic, cook 30 sec until fragrant.
- 3Add shrimp, cook 2-3 min per side until pink.
- 4Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle parsley; stir.
- 5If using wine, add and simmer 1 min.
