Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F; line sheet pan with parchment.
  2. 2Place salmon on prepared pan, drizzle with olive oil.
  3. 3Top each fillet with a lemon slice, sprinkle with garlic and thyme.
  4. 4Season with salt and pepper; bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. 5Serve hot, garnished with additional lemon if desired.
